Worship Services ::
* Join us for a Wesley Covenant Service on Sunday, Jan. 1 at 9:30 a.m. for a great start to the new year! We’ll gather for worship, consider our call as brothers and sisters of Christ, and celebrate Holy Communion.
First-Faith is located at 4190 Capital Avenue in Grand Island.
* Join us for worship and communion on New Year’s Eve at 6:00 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 31. Communion will be served during Sunday’s 9:30 a.m. and 11:00 a.m. services as well.
Trinity is located at 511 N. Elm in Grand Island.
Youth Activities ::
Footprints UMYF welcomes all 6th-12th graders to experience a deeper walk with God as we gather every Sunday evening from 5:45-7:30 p.m. for food, fun, and fellowship in the First-Faith Fellowship Hall!
There will be no Youth Group or ZONE on Wednesday, Dec. 28. We hope this continued holiday break will allow you to enjoy your family & friends as we celebrate the birth of Jesus and the new year!
The Arabic Sudanese Worship service is held at noon in Gollaher Chapel on Sundays. Sudanese Youth meet afterwards at 1 pm in the Trinity Gathering Place.
Other News ::
Giving envelopes are available in the Narthex. Financial gifts should be postmarked or turned into the office by Dec. 31 to count for 2016.
The church office will be closed on Monday, Jan. 2.
There are still a few bags of pecans left! If you’re interested, give Margie Balderston a call at 308-382-3272. They are $9 for a pound and you can freeze them for up to two years!
If anyone is interested in helping with snow removal in the church parking lots for snowy winter days, please contact the church office at 382-1952.
