The pastoral team and the Staff-Parish Relations Committee of UM4GI have led a transition of administrative staff changes over the last few months responding to staff vacancies and desires for efficiency and new projects.
Nance Reynolds officially started working from Faith’s office in the afternoons (T-F, 1-5). She continues to work at First, (mornings M-F, 8-12) and Trinity (M, 1-5). She’s the Parish Clerical Specialist and Administrative Assistant of First and Faith.
Casey Heck, Financial Bookkeeper for Trinity for a number of years, has resigned to commit more fully to other vocational callings in her life. If you would like to extend a word of thanks for her service, please communicate with her directly or through the Trinity office. Casey will be missed and we celebrate the opportunity to be in relationship with her and her wonderful family. We wish her well.
Susan Stoppkotte continues as the Trinity Office Manager; however, she will also be doing the bookkeeping and finance work for Trinity and the parish. If you need to know about the calendar for Trinity, please contact her (M-F, 8-5).
We are excited to announce that UM4GI has two new employees: Lacey Westerby and April Borgman, who will together be the publications team for the parish – Publications Coordinator and Publications Specialist, respectively. They’re responsible for all print publications – newsletters and bulletins – as well as breaking new ground in growing our digital publications. From this point forward, please contact them with announcements, articles, and publication questions at Trinity’s office (Lacey–M, Th, F; April–M-F, 9-1). Email: publications (at) um4gi (dot) org
Please Note: Articles and information for all publications may be edited to remain consistent with formatting .
Please stop by, introduce yourself, and share with each of these wonderful people how glad you are they’re here.
