The 6th annual HIV/AIDS Benefit Concert will take place Saturday, March 29th at 7 p.m., at First-Faith UMC. This year’s concert will have a casual “coffee house” feel. A variety of Equal Exchange coffees and teas will be served, and we would love for guests and others to bring cookies and/or bars to share. Several local musicians will perform, including Scott Taylor and Peggy Lang. New this year, there will be a Mission Marketplace table where concert guests can do a simple make & take Jewels of Love project for a small donation before the concert (6:30-7:00 p.m.) or during intermission, and a few other handmade items will be for sale as well. All proceeds will go to the UM4GI HIV/AIDS Emergency Fund for use as needed by the Nebraska AIDS Project regional office in Kearney. We hope you will join us for this great event!
