When one thinks of worship we think of a sacred place that we go to speak with God.
It is a place that we praise God for the things God has done for us. It is a place that we hear God speak to us through the Word.
Worship is a place when we come together where God is present. It is a place when we feel God’s presence amongst us and the Holy Spirit come alive.
Worship is a place that we use the sacraments like baptism, which symbolizes new life and a sign of God’s love and forgiveness of our sins.
The Lord’s Supper recalls the life, death, and resurrection of Jesus; and we celebrate our unity of God to all the members that are the family God.
Worship is a place where we share community and we give thanks for Christ’s sacrifice that nourishes and empowers us to go into the world in mission and ministry.
